Proactive Lajta/Leitha Flood Risk Management

Aim of the project

Support the ATHU water commission to develop the strategic flood risk management plan for the Leitha/Lajta water basin, accomplish the tasks stated in the CEFrame Memorandum, organize user forums and joint field practices. It contains measures in the field: building fishpass and enhance (optimize) conveyance capacity in the narrow floodplain in the Hungarian section.
